Update on DeltaView

At the meeting, we received an update on DeltaView 2.0, the new redlining software by Workshare Technologies. The firm of Latham & Watkins has been beta testing the most current version and provided the group with the following update:

*This new version saves to RTF (original version saved as HTML).

*Export filters are now for Word97.

*Features include:

Impressive interface.

Colors show on the screen.

Status circle shows progress.

Print/Email/edit while in Deltaview.

Use with and without DMS.

Can jump to changes in final output.

Many settrings.

Split screen to see all three docs in separate windows.

Compares WP v.s. Word docs.

*Success on problematic documents.

*Some bugs with numbering remain
